Job Description
We're seeking a skilled ZoomFlow Consultant to provide direct, real-time consulting and implementation services to clients via Zoom. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing skills, as you'll work directly with clients to build, automate, and optimize their business processes using no-code/low-code tools.

Most of our client solutions involve API integrations, either centralizing data from different software platforms or distributing information across multiple systems to maintain consistency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one Zoom sessions with clients to understand, implement, and solve their automation needs
- Build and implement solutions in real-time using various no-code/low-code tools
- Provide clear feedback after each session
- Manage your own schedule through our booking system
- Create and optimize workflows and systems using tools like Zapier, Make, Pipedream, Workato, Airtable, Notion, Softr, Pipedrive, Jotform, Fillout, and other no-code platforms
- Utilize OpenAI, Claude, or other AI tools to assist where and when needed. Many of our clients want help and assistance with integrating AI into their workflows and systems.
- Guide clients through implementation while teaching them how to maintain and modify their systems
- Troubleshoot and debug existing automations
Requirements
- Proven experience with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Make, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience in direct client interaction and consulting
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and software integration concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships directly
- Professional presence on video calls and excellent presentation skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience with additional tools like SmartSuite, Monday.com, Webflow, Coda, etc.
- Understanding of aspects of all business processes: Accounting/Finance, Sales, Marketing, Production, Administration, HR, Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, Information Technology (IT), Logistics, Legal, Business Intelligence/Analytics, etc.
- Background in business process optimization
- Experience in creating technical documentation
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming languages
