Compensation & Structure

• Starting rate: $15-20 per hour

• Full-time commitment (35+ hours/week)

• Paid training and meeting time

Role Responsibilities

1. Create engaging tutorial videos showcasing automation solutions using Zapier, Make, Airtable, and Notion

2. Research and identify high-potential automation use cases across different business functions

3. Build and test automation workflows connecting various business tools and platforms

4. Develop clear, concise scripts that translate technical concepts into business value

5. Record professional "talking head" style videos with screen sharing demonstrations

6. Collaborate with our expert team for complex technical implementations

7. Stay current with the latest features and updates in the no-code ecosystem

8. Participate in daily check-ins with manager (during initial training period)

9. NO NEED TO EDIT VIDEOS. We have a video editor that will take your raw videos and edit them for YouTube.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Quick learner with strong aptitude for new technologies

2. Familiarity with core no-code tools:
• Automation platforms (Zapier, Make)
• Databases and workspaces (Airtable, Notion)

3. Understanding of common business tools:
• CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
• Project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp)
• HR platforms (BambooHR, Workday)
• Accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Legal tools (Clio, DocuSign)

4. Professional on-camera presence and presentation skills

5. Excellent ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

6. Strong attention to detail

7. Self-motivated with ability to work independently

8. Understanding of business processes and workflow optimization

9. Comfort with video recording and presenting

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in business roles (Sales, Marketing, HR, or similar)

2. Previous content creation or video production experience

3. Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)

4. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp)

5. Understanding of database concepts and tools (Airtable, Notion)

6. Background in customer-facing roles

7. Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and integration concepts
