Now we're expanding this department and need dedicated specialists who can focus entirely on transforming how our clients find and convert prospects.

Job Description

We're seeking a technically-skilled Revenue Operations Analyst who specializes in lead sourcing, data enrichment, and multi-channel outbound campaign execution. This role is perfect for a Clay.com expert who thrives on building data workflows, sourcing leads from multiple databases, and implementing end-to-end go-to-market playbooks that deliver qualified prospects.
In this role, you'll enjoy the freedom of remote work while being supported by a seasoned team of sales, marketing, automation, and integration professionals. Our collaborative environment ensures you're never alone in tackling technical challenges. You'll work directly with client ICPs and playbooks, taking full ownership of the lead generation process from data sourcing through qualified handoff.
You'll be the technical executor who transforms ICPs into actionable, automated lead generation machines. Managing 5 clients simultaneously, you'll build Clay workflows, evaluate and integrate new data sources, and orchestrate multi-channel outreach campaigns that deliver warm, qualified leads ready for sales conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Build Clay.com workflows to source, enrich, and qualify leads from multiple databases and APIs
  • Execute lead sourcing strategies using LinkedIn scraping, web scraping, and database integration
  • Evaluate, test, and integrate new data sources by analyzing cost, accuracy, and reliability metrics
  • Make API calls to connect various data sources and platforms based on provided documentation
  • Implement multi-channel outbound campaigns including LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and AI phone/voicemail campaigns
  • Configure campaign automation to route qualified responses directly into HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Manage 5 client accounts simultaneously, executing 2-week playbook cycles with lead volumes ranging from 20 to 10,000 per campaign
  • Deliver warm, qualified leads who have responded and confirmed interest
  • Monitor and analyze playbook performance, providing reporting on conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with clients to refine ICPs and provide input on future playbook development
  • Maintain data quality standards across all lead generation activities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with integrations, APIs, and data workflows
  • Stay current with new lead generation tools, databases, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Clay.com (Clay wizard preferred) - must demonstrate claygent building experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn scraping, web scraping, and multi-source data extraction
  • Technical ability to make API calls and integrate various data sources based on API documentation
  • Experience evaluating and implementing new databases and data sources for lead generation
  • Experience configuring multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone/voicemail)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and campaign automation setup
  • Analytical skills for assessing data quality, cost-effectiveness, and campaign performance
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with varying lead volume requirements (20-10,000 leads)
  • Problem-solving mindset and technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Self-motivated with organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience delivering qualified leads rather than just raw prospect lists
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification frameworks

Bonus Skills

  • Scripting or programming abilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for automation
  • Experience with lead enrichment platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.)
  • Knowledge of AI phone bot platforms and voicemail drop services
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools and strategies
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • Background in sales development or inside sales roles
  • Experience with intent data platforms and technographic databases
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-touch campaign analysis
  • Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make) - not required but helpful
  • Experience managing high-volume lead generation campaigns
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and domain warming
  • Experience with A/B testing campaign elements and optimization strategies
