Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a BambooHR integration take to deploy?
Packaged integrations (PandaSync-ADP, PandaSync-Sage) deploy in 1–3 weeks from kickoff. Custom integration timelines depend on scope and the source/destination system — typical custom builds run 3–8 weeks from kickoff to production.
Do you support BambooHR Payroll?
Yes. We work with both BambooHR core and BambooHR Payroll. The two products have different API surfaces, so we'll confirm which one you're using during the scoping call.
Can you sync benefit enrollment into BambooHR?
Benefits are read-only via the BambooHR API — we can read benefit data out of BambooHR, but the BambooHR API does not currently accept benefit enrollment writes. We'll discuss alternatives during scoping if benefits sync is in scope.
Do I need internal IT resources?
No. We handle the integration build, monitoring, and ongoing support. You'll need to generate a BambooHR API key (we'll walk you through it) and provide read/write access to the other system on your side. After that, we take it from there.
What if my payroll system isn't on this list?
