What specific problem were you looking to solve, that led you to discover Connex Digital? My company is a very high tech company, so we do a lot on platforms, CRMs, texting and automated systems.
I was running across a very big issue where my leads were not importing properly from all my different lead sources.
We utilize 10 different lead sources and I couldn’t get them to import into my CRM without a copy, cut, paste situation, which was taking forever.
What were the pain points of not having a solution to this problem? Our lead sources were very high volume. We were getting anywhere from 50 to 100 leads a day and having to copy, cut, paste the name, phone number, address, what they’re interested in, what they’re not interested in, their property values, all the information we get from our lead source.
To have to do that 50 to 100 times a day was a nightmare.
Did you try any other options? I spent multiple days, a lot of time looking for different companies to do exactly what Connex ended up doing for me.
Unfortunately, everybody’s answer was “No.” After searching I must have received at least 30 “Noes” from different companies.
These were all referrals from Zapier and other big companies that would say, “These guys might do it,” and referred them. They all said “No.”
There’s a very specific niche in our CRM that most people couldn’t do or get past and that was my biggest hurdle.

What were your big wins achieved by working with Connex Digital? Working with Connex Digital saved me so much time. If you calculate the amount of hours that we save a day, it’s probably at least two hours a day of my time.
That is huge for us. That’s 10 hours a week, 40 hours a month. For the year, that’s just an incredible amount of my time that we could be doing something else with, so for me it was priceless.
When did you realize working with Connex Digital was producing results? I had multiple different lead sources and we did them one at a time.
When we tested the very first one and I saw it sync into my CRM it was like, “Well, there’s 30 minutes of my day back.” It was amazing.
It was such a great feeling when you know that there’s something technology-wise that can help, but you just can’t find the right person to do it. Then finally you do, it works. It was the most gratifying feeling. It was fantastic.
What would you say to someone thinking of working with Connex Digital? My recommendation is, if anybody’s on the fence about working with Connex Digital, just go for it. Try it. They have a fantastic reputation.
What they did for me is priceless and you never know until you try. It’s worth just giving it a shot.

One other thing that I loved about working with Connex Digital is when I had a question or when I was curious about something, I just sent an email. I got an immediate response.
They were always quick to get to what I wanted and that means a lot to somebody who values their time.
It was fantastic to not have to wait around for anybody, to get responses on stuff.
