This is what we’ve built the past week:

• Connected
  
  BambooHR and
  Gusto to automate updates for new hires, terminated employees, and promotions.

• Solved a tricky problem syncing call recordings between
  Ringba and (with mismatched timestamps and caller IDs). We developed a custom solution to align UNIX timestamps and caller IDs, syncing everything into
  Zoho CRM to improve reporting and efficiency for multi-location call centers.

• Discovered how to retrieve downloadable
  
  Wix document URLs via API, so we can now send files anywhere with
  
  Zapier.

• Fun fact 🤡 :
  
  OpenAI / ChatGPT can respond with numerical ratings (e.g., 0 or 1). You can use this to standardize binary responses (like “Yes,” “yes,” “y”) for more accurate reporting.

• Leveraging
  
  Hive SQL in
  Workato, we reduced task loads from 180,000 to just 40 while importing
  MyHours timesheets, talk about efficiency!

• Integrated
  
  ADP with a credit card management tool to match expenses with employees automatically.

• Tested a 2-way sync between
  
  Monday.com and
  Jira (including subtasks and comments) in a sandbox environment. Next stop: production!

• Built a seamless integration between
  
  ShipStation and
  EasyShip to automate new order creation and streamline shipping updates.

• If you’re using
  
  RingCentral for call centers, it’s easier to manage a single workflow for all agents by setting up a specific event type and subscribing to the webhook; no more duplicate workflows!

• Developed a
  
  Pipedream workflow that logs into a page and downloads files automatically.
