The Client
Project RED works with children who have experienced traumatic and vulnerable circumstances in El Salvador. They are a Non Profit with very limited budget but with volunteer time.
They had a process to log data from supported families completely done with pen an paper that needed digitalization.
The Challenge
- Lots of forms and reports at each visit. Everything done on paper. Papers aren’t collected, or are lost or missing.
- Difficult to report to donors and stakeholders stats and outcomes.
- Staff/Team mobile and not super tech literate.
The Solution
- Connex built a system for data collection and interfaces for reporting on Airtable.
- Connex taught and enabled volunteer to maintain, modify/adjust and build upon the system.
The Results
- Administration now has real time information on visits, outcomes, and staff interactions with clients.
- Stakeholders are able to view and report info as needed Staff reporting time reduced by 3 hours per week per case worker.
