Respond Crisis: Translation is an NGO that mobilize around the clock to provide professional trauma-informed interpretation and translation services to migrants, refugees, and all for whom language is a barrier to accessing safety and dignity.
The Challenge
- Interns built R:CT’s AirTable system to track translation projects and translators
- The system needed improvements and the Interns were no longer available
- Organizational growth was being hampered by tedious project management tasks inside Airtable

Developed Interfaces to gain insight into the finances and status of translation projects.
Streamlined the new linguist onboarding process through forms and automations providing:
- Linguists with a portal.
- Integrated with Quickbooks to automate the invoicing process.
