Project Por Amor is a boutique tour guide focused on Cuba.
Due to embargos they can’t use standard tour guide apps.

  • 2 stages tour confirmation (minimum required).
  • Follow ups with clients were all manual.

  • Airtable source of truth for payments and group management.
  • Self-served client registration using Airtable and Fillout.
  • Payment triggers automations to update records in Airtable.
  • Quickbooks and Stripe integrations.
  • Automations for minimum met, missing information and missing payments follow ups.
