Every package is time with a senior Zapier consultant, live on Zoom. You watch the work happen, ask questions as we go, and keep the recording and a written recap after every session.
Automation Rescue
$250 · 1 hour
One live, recorded hour to fix a broken or failing Zap, repair an AI-built workflow, or unblock a build you're stuck on. Most single-Zap problems are solved in this session.
Build Block
$2,500 · 10 hours
Prepaid hours for new workflows. Typical use: a set of multi-step Zaps with AI steps that connect your CRM, forms, email, and accounting, plus error handling and documentation.
Implementation Block
$6,250 · 25 hours
For larger rollouts. Typical use: Zapier Agents for a whole department, a Next-Gen Zaps migration, Zapier Tables and Interfaces, or moving workflows onto Zapier from another platform.
Need more than 50 hours? Larger blocks are discounted. Nonprofits get a 20% discount, which brings the rate down to $200/hr. Enterprise teams can request a formal SOW for procurement.

Yes. We audit your current Zaps, plan the order, migrate them, and test each one so nothing breaks in the switch.
Can you add AI to the Zaps we already have?
Yes. Most accounts have a few Zaps where a Claude or ChatGPT step, or a Zapier Agent, would save real time. We'll find them on the discovery call.
What if a project needs more hours than I bought?
You add another block. We tell you well before you run out, and the scoping email gives you an estimate up front.
Do you work in my Zapier account?
Yes. We build in your account, so you own every Zap.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
No. We sell blocks of hours.
