The Client

WHD, a marketing communications firm specializing in residential real estate, faces a significant challenge.
Their primary client, CB Homes, expects seamless integration of lead data from various sources into their CRM system, Lasso.
However, Apartments.com, a major lead source, lacks an open API or Zapier connector, causing manual data entry, increasing labor costs, and introducing potential errors.

The Challenge

  • Apartments.com does not provide an open API or Zapier connector to facilitate integrations.
  • Employees managing the CRM and leads, are burdened with manual data entry from emails into Lasso.

The Solution

We developed an automation that extracts lead data from notification emails sent by Apartments.com and automatically inputs this data into Lasso using Zapier.
This includes creating a dedicated email inbox for receiving these notifications, parsing the emails to extract relevant fields, and using Zapier to populate Lasso with this data in real-time.

The Results
