Engages 44-50 schools in fundraising competitions.
Each school forms a team led by a teacher acting as team captain.
Schools create individual fundraising pages on Give Lively platform.
Data Management Hurdles:
Give Lively failed to capture and transfer school, teacher and team information to Salesforce CRM.
Manual data entry required to move information from Give Lively to Salesforce.
Limited ability to scale the school fundraising competition.

Created a new form on their Squarespace website to capture all necessary school and team information:
School name, address, and website
Teacher/team captain name, email, and phone number

Set up a Zapier workflow to automatically transfer form submissions to Salesforce
Implemented custom code to format address information for Salesforce compatibility
This solution eliminated the need for manual data entry and provided a direct connection between their website and CRM, effectively supporting their school-based fundraising model.
